We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return a product. Please read our exchange and return policy below for more information:

Eligibility: We accept exchanges and returns within 2 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

Reverse Pickup: We provide a free reverse pickup facility from your shipping address.

Eligible Items: Only items marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page can be exchanged or returned.

Exchange & Return Process

Reverse Pickup: Once your request is received, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours.

Packaging: Please ensure that you reuse the original packaging, including the cloth bag, to ensure proper care and protection of the item.

Item Conditions: The items being exchanged or returned must be in their original condition, with labels and tags intact. They must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any stains or damages.

Verification & Processing: Once the items are received and verified at our facility, we will process the exchange or return request. Please note that it may take 10-15 days to complete the process.

Refund Policy

Store Credit: We issue a store credit for the full amount against all returns.

Reverse Shipping Fees: There are no reverse shipping fees levied on return requests.

First Time Exchange: The first exchange for a different size or style/product is free of charge.

Subsequent Exchange Requests: A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 199 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note.

Store Credit Validity: Store credit is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.

Non-Refundable: Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable. Additionally, gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value.

Sale or Discount Policy

Size Exchanges: All discounted products are eligible for size exchanges only, subject to availability, and a chargeable return shipping fee of Rs 199.

No Returns: We are unable to accept returns on any discounted or sale merchandise.

Missing or Damage Policy

Claim Period: Any missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

Supporting Evidence: We will require photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel in which it was received.

Investigation & Resolution: Our customer care team will investigate the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Window: We accept cancellations for a full refund or store credit within 12 hours of placing your order.

No Cancellations: We are unable to accept any cancellation requests after 12 hours.
